There's been a bit of talk this morning about what Meryl Streep said last night regarding including "Inclusive Riders" in contracts. Just so you know Inclusive Riders prevent straight white people from getting jobs even if they're qualified because movie production companies want to provide jobs specifically to the LGBTQ community.
Their pursuit is diversity on set, but I guess they don't realize that when you make someone's gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc., a factor in who does and who doesn't get hired regardless of qualifications, it’s a human rights’ violation. I didn't know Hollywood has a problem with diversity.
