I think this strategic attack on Syria is a great example of differing political ideology. Democrats demonized the limited support of the United States to take in Syrian refugees but they didn't demonize President Obama for not doing anything about the Syrian peoples' reason for seeking refuge in the first place.
I don't know about you but I don't feel much of a difference between someone giving me "constructive" criticism and just criticism.
If I were the DNC I'd keep Hillary far away instead of having her do promotional videos for the Democrat Party. How bad do you have to be to lose to Donald Trump? With this in mind why are they hitching their wagon to her? She sold out to big money. She lost her integrity. She made the Democrat Party look bad through all her lying and intentionally misleading statements. Hillary isn't a good role model for young women and I'd gladly argue this point with anyone.
What the Democrat Party needs are candidates with integrity who stand up for core Democratic principles not watering down the party with far too liberal/socialist views. By the way, after all the investigating going on about the Trump Administration and financial ties to Russia, the only exchange of money they've found is when they paid Bill Clinton $500,000 to speak in Moscow and that The Clinton Foundation received millions of dollars from Russia. I've never heard a single Democrat demonize the Clintons for their ties to Russia. Where is the focus about this from the mainstream media? Their double-standards are amazing. No military campaign has come close to the size and scale of Nazi Germany’s surprise invasion of Russia called: Operation Barbarrosa. Four million soldiers, combined with 3,580 tanks, 7,184 artillery guns, 1,830 planes, and 750,000 horses crossed into Russia with plans of marching on Moscow. It almost worked as they did get close to Moscow but it cost the German army millions of men.
Hitler messed up. He thought it would be easy to take Russia with everything he was throwing at it and then the millions of soldiers could come back and help fight in Western Europe which never happened. Plus thousands of tanks and other weapons were scattered across Russia that were no longer of use to him. Out of all the military casualties experienced by Germany during WWII, 95% of them occurred during Operation Barbarrosa. Before Bach, Beethoven, and Mozart, there was Bartolomeo Cristofori who invented the piano in 1700 for Italy's Royal Court. Although these musical geniuses will be forever remembered we'd have no need to remember them if it weren't for Bartolomeo.
People who don't believe that Jesus existed are oblivious to world history. There are those who believe he did exist but wasn't the Son of God which I can understand that it is a leap of faith but not one that is more of a leap of faith than believing some scientists have a measuring tool that can figure out an event occurred 40 billion years ago. Then there's the fact that ancient scrolls talked about a savior coming and it just so happens that Jesus fulfilled their prophecies from his lineage to where he would be born and countless other things as well.
Some people say that Jesus body was stolen but they can't answer logically as to why anyone would steal his body because no one at that point knew what Jesus was doing. They didn't know he was going to rise again in three days. It wasn't until he appeared and then later the Holy Spirit came to the disciples where they finally understood the big picture of his sacrifice and the New Covenant that God made. As for me, I'm a believer. I believe he suffered, died, and was buried and on the third day rose again in accordance with the scriptures. Thank you Jesus! Things are getting crazy with North Korea and I'd like to remind everyone as to Obama's foreign policy regarding them. Numerous times they flexed their muscles by launching missiles to test their navigation and thrust because their goal was to prove they could reach the U.S. with a nuclear weapon and then use that as leverage against us. Time and time again, Obama's Administration, with the propaganda support from the mainstream media, made it sound like he was playing hardball by increasing economic sanctions.
What many Liberals didn't ask themselves is: "What economic sanctions?" "Were we trading with North Korea in any way to where economic sanctions by us would do anything?" The answers are "none" and "no." The only country who could actually deploy economic sanctions is China who was doing business with North Korea and supplying them with important resources like coal. Obama did nothing to stop North Korea's progress and in the process did nothing to protect Americans from a new nuclear threat as it was business as usual in North Korea. I just don't get why Liberals give their Party unconditional support when they get intentionally misled by their leadership. I think the greatest problem with the mainstream media is that they don't think their readers will find the truth interesting enough.
Not readily available in the history textbooks you and I read is the fact that the U.S. cut a deal with "Lucky" Luciano a NYC mob boss, to provide intel on any workers on the docks who supported Benito Mussolini during WWII.
Navy intelligence was concerned that ships could be sabotaged and ship movement and/or cargo information would get out. The mob/union owned the docks at the time. Luciano was in prison serving around 40 years so his interest in the deal was that the Federal Government agreed to move him from a prison away from NYC to one that was close by so that business associates, family, and friends, could visit him. Of course letting Americans know that they were working with the mob wasn't something that they wanted out thus why you and I didn't read about it all those years ago. I think it's so important out of all the things children should be taught that a lot of attention be spent on teaching them how to determine what matters.
