I track the nightly news programs and on average they spend about 30% of their broadcast on negative Trump issues. Positive things like ISUL's struggles, record breaking stock market, lowest unemployment in years, food stamps on the decline, more people working, etc., barely if at all are mentioned. As I've said before, this makes them fake news more than the things they actually cover.
Anyhow, let me clarify two things the media is intentionally misleading people about. When they say that Trump's plan is to take millions of people off health coverage they don't mention that Obama Care was already losing millions of people because of premium hikes and lesser coverage.
Another reason people were going to lose coverage is because it's anticipated that a lot of young people will stop purchasing health coverage because they'd no longer be forced to by the Federal Government. Unlike the message the Democrats and mainstream media are conveying, Trump isn't the reason people are and will be falling off healthcare coverage; Republicans are just trying to fix a failed plan.
Speaking of a failed plan. Where is the mainstream media's coverage of the real problem we have and that's with Obama Care? Why aren't they talking about the number of places around the country where Obama Care no longer has any providers or is down to just one provider? What about the outrageous premium hikes? What about the debt because Obama had to throw more and more subsidies out to not only participants but providers as well? How in the world can anyone say it was successful when Obama had to run up a record breaking debt to keep it afloat?
Instead of covering these vital issues, the media chooses to dump on Trump and the Republican Party; the very people who are trying to pull us out of a debt free fall while still trying to help as many people as possible. Listening to the mainstream media is just like listening to Pelosi and Schumer and that's the problem.
