It's time for accountability because corruption like this will never slow down until people feel the pain for lying to the American people. This includes the former intelligence officials like Brennan and Clapper, who were treated like celebrities by the major news networks because they pushed wild and unsubstantiated Russia conspiracy theories about President Trump. Big Tech leaders who participated in censoring the truth should also be held accountable or nothing will ever change.
Seeking truth and transparency shouldn't be a political hot button. Regardless of the party involved, we should always pursue what is right and just. Both parties are guilty of misleading us in various ways about various topics, so as citizens we should want accountability from our representatives even if he or she is a member of our own political party. This is called integrity.
