I admit that I don't like the Cuomo brothers. They've always been arrogant and they've always twisted details to misrepresent various issues. But, what Chris did in helping his brother with his scandal, doesn't bother me as much as it bothers some people. If Governor Cuomo were my brother, I'd imagine I'd help in any way that I could. They should've kept it more low profile, but they didn't.
But here's my issue with it as it goes with my usual pet peeve that I write about and that is double-standards. If someone on Fox News would've done what Chris did, democrats and the mainstream media would've done everything in their power, to bring the person down. CNN would attack Fox and try to get Fox to fire the individual. There's no doubt in my mind that this would happen. I am pleased that more media are standing up this time, but a lot of the usual culprits are trying to provide Chris with cover.
