Based on the number of female employees in the country working for millions of different businesses, only a fraction of a percent of women currently have lawsuits against employers. The facts show there aren't systemic issues regarding female oppression so I'm not real sure why the Women's Rights Movement is saying there is.
There's absolutely no doubt that it was terrible decades ago I just don't see where it's a huge issue now; certainly not worth creating division in our country. Some of the women I heard speak act like they hate men, what did I do?
I could be wrong about the oppression as I'm coming at it from a male's perspective but I'm open minded, I just haven't been able to find proof that it exist beyond anomalies and I've not heard it articulately explained in what the problems are and how they can be fixed. I'd appreciate them not attacking me because I'm a white male until they can prove that I'm part of the problem.
Having worked with many of the Fortune 100 companies over the years I can let you in on a little secret - there's no conspiracy to hold women back. If female employees are such a good value why don't companies have a majority of their workforce be women? Has common sense completely left our country?
