For three minutes, a 75-year-old Chicago homeless man (Joseph Kromelis), was on fire because a 27-year-old (Joseph Gardia), unprovoked, walked up to him and poured gasoline on his head and then set him on fire. There was no question who did it because the horrific scene was all caught on camera including seeing the rescuers who used a fire extinguisher to put him out. Joseph Kromelis is not expected to survive this attack so Gardia will be able to add 1st Degree Murder to his resume.
Gardia's long rap sheet included two burglary arrests, a felony retail theft, felony robbery, battery charges, and failure to appear in court seven times among other crimes. The prosecutor in Gardia's last criminal arrest pushed for no bail because of the guy's blatant disrespect for our legal system, but instead the judge (Gregory Vazquez), set his bail at $500 bail so he was out within hours and was able to commit even more violent crimes.
Liberals in our criminal justice system are a danger to our country and we see the horrific aftermaths of their decisions all the time. I'm sure there's plenty more we don't hear about especially when a career criminal who has been here illegally, kills a U.S. citizen. The mainstream media treats these stories like a hot potato not wanting to stoke anti-immigrant fears. So instead of sharing the news, they share what they believe is good for us to know. Wow! Does anyone else see how sickening this is? Are we still using the U.S. Constitution?!
