Retired Marine Four Star General John Kelly spoke yesterday about how challenging it is to have the right words to share with family members who have lost loved ones in the military, like he did in losing his son. He shared with everyone the process of moving remains from overseas and the respect these fallen soldiers get every step of the way as they're returned to their families.
He then explained (since he was with Trump during the phone call), what Trump was conveying to the spouse of Sergeant La David Johnson and in absolutely no way was he trying to be disrespectful. Why would he? What would his motive be? I'd appreciate it if the Democrats and the mainstream media would take potential stories through a "common sense filter" before attempting yet again to divide our nation.
But to add insult to injury, one of Hillary's ex-aides, (Brian Fallon), was tweeting out derogatory comments about General Kelly because he backed up Trump's story. I don't care which side of the political aisle you're on, General Kelly's service to our country is beyond amazing. Achieving four stars in the Marine Corp is extremely rare.
Fallon tweeted that no one should pay attention to Kelly just because he served in the military. I guess it makes sense because in my military experience there were only a few Democrats serving with me. Republicans are more inclined to serve in the military which begs the question why? Fallon doesn't care or respect General Kelly's uniform and he was one of the mouth pieces for Hillary. Obama was a horrendous Commander and Chief and due to a lack of respect for the military, Hillary would've been just more of the same.
