I'm watching a program on Harvey Weinstein and getting angrier by the minute. He's a disgusting pig who deserves jail time, but I've got to tell you I'm almost as livid about all the women who took payouts from him and then signed non-disclosure agreements.
How many women could've been saved from being sexually assaulted if these women would've done the right thing and spoken up instead of collecting money (up to $1 million), and staying quiet. I don't care if they felt pressured or they might lose their jobs, etc. Women were emotionally scarred for life...what's that worth?!
Now women are coming out of the wood works. Some of them owe their fellow women an apology...Weinstein could've been taken down easily 10 years ago. How disgusting that he kept going when he truly could've been stopped.
