Hillary’s been challenged more lately about the Uranium One scandal and each time she says it's bogus. She said there’s no scandal that instead Trump is taking us down the path of a third-world country where people go after their political opponent. This is particularly funny since Trump had nothing to do with starting the investigation.
The scandal was revealed in 2015 before Trump was even around. The FBI went to the DOJ saying they wanted to launch an investigation into the Uranium Deal because one of their employees had damaging information regarding the Clintons and others. The DOJ squashed the investigation after talking to the FBI informant and they made him sign a gag order which is now being lifted and why so many people in and around the Clintons are worried.
This information was covered in a New York Times article which they had on their front page in 2015, so it's easy for you to look up and verify what I'm saying. I was very proud of them for writing the article because their readers sure didn't want to see it.
This is the kind of person Hillary is. She knows the truth but she's lying about Trump being the person behind the investigation, so she can convince people she's innocent and that it's just a witch hunt. I don’t think she’ll ever get over losing to Donald Trump, so she spends so much time trying to prove that he won through nefarious means.
The smartest thing she could've done was fade away after losing the election (which is what Bill and many Democrats wanted), but instead her narcissism won out and she just had to push a narrative that she only lost because Trump cheated. She's "Teflon Hillary" but I sure hope that this time she gets what she deserves. Bill certainly doesn't have a problem with her going to jail, he'd just consider it party time!
