Ask a young person who loves The Green New Deal, what all comprises a wind turbine. All they see is what's above the ground, not the batteries and electrical generators that it takes to store the electricity. The manufacturing of these needed items to make the wind turbine work, isn't environmentally friendly. These large batteries when used up, are horrific for the environment.
The fact is, most liberals don't have a clue about the very things they're pushing. My gosh, they believed that the Alaskan Pipeline was dangerous when we already have tens of thousands of miles of pipeline here in the U.S. moving oil around. Why aren't they asking to pull all those pipes out of the ground and stop using them? I bet you most of them didn't even know about the U.S. pipelines. Very scary because they get to vote. The problem if we did remove pipes here, is that then moving oil around on rails and trucks would be way more dangerous.
Bottom line: Many liberals have lost almost all their common sense and logic. Approach them with caution. :)
