I wish I didn’t have to bring this topic up again but I just finished hearing from yet another Democrat talking about the supposed hatred President Trump has for Muslims because of what he called: “The Muslim Travel Ban.” I admit Trump got himself in trouble by using this verbiage but his goal was clear and that was to perform extreme vetting on certain countries not ban all Muslims from entering the U.S. Democrats who are still trying to sell this notion will cause even more dividedness not only here, but around the world leading some Muslims to hate our country even more. This kind of rhetoric is dangerous to our country.
If it were a Muslim travel ban then Muslims wouldn’t be able to enter from any country instead our government is banning six countries that President Obama himself said were breeding grounds for terrorists. President Trump is banning the very countries Obama was worried about so why are Democrats screaming about the countries Trump is banning? He can’t win with them which means our country will stay in political turmoil and our representatives will get very little done.
Another bit of proof as to it not being a Muslim travel ban is that it doesn’t matter if you’re Atheists, Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, Protestant, etc., you don’t get a free pass to come into our country if you’re from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, or Yemen. Muslims aren’t being singled out but instead the origin countries.
For anyone to call it a Muslim travel ban at this point is either lying or very stupid. I could very easily debate any Democrat about this issue. I’d also be willing to debate any Democrats on the fact that selling the notion that Trump hates Muslims is almost treasonous because they’re putting Party over country as it’s no doubt stoking the fire under radical Islamists.
