The below is directly from a training slide show by Coca Cola that is now given to their "White Employees." Coca-Cola said it isn't their curriculum (a lie), but that they got it from a LinkedIn Learning series. It doesn't matter. If they're using it, it's their curriculum. Own it! These are from a couple of their PowerPoint slides:
"To be less white is to: Be less oppressive, be less certain, be less defensive, be less ignorant, be more humble, listen, believe, break with apathy, break with white solidarity."
"In the U.S. and other Western nations, white people are socialized to feel that they are inherently superior because they are white," the slide reads. "Research shows that by age 3 to 4, children understand that it is better to be white." "Try to be less white," the training concludes.
Separate, and mandatory training, for whites. Does anyone else see the absurdity in what's being pushed across the country by liberals? Reverse discrimination abounds. I don't deserve to be whipped for the culture of people who lived during different times. Where women were at in the 60's and 70's up until now, is almost like night and day. They've shattered the glass ceiling. When the laws began protecting women from discrimination in the workplace, they ran with it and are leaving a lot of men (who are becoming less educated than them), in the dust. The key is taking advantage of the opportunities.
We've got plenty of laws on the books to prevent discrimination, what other laws are African Americans looking for? If they think our criminal justice system is what causes a disparity of lifestyles, then they're living in La La Land. The issue is the culture in some African American communities, not that whites are holding them back. Of course they also have many people believing that they're in danger from white cops when there's no evidence that backs this up; it's quite the contrary.
My guess is they have no laws necessarily in mind, but that reparations would be nice, which is what Dems are going to try and give them. Literally, over my dead body. I won't allow a mockery of our Constitution or our Republic. I'm never going to accept punishing people for the color of their skin, especially since they've done nothing wrong. Our Constitution states this isn't legal but Dems will try and push it anyways and make it appear that Republicans are racists for not supporting the reparations. It's how they roll. They are the great dividers.
