Democrats in the Senate are saying they need more records on Supreme Court nominee Kavanagh even though they already have his rulings over the last ten years. Almost all of them are trashing Kavanagh in the press stating they'll never vote for him. If this is the case, why are they demanding more records? This is counter intuitive.
I say take a vote and get it over with. In my opinion around five Democrats will vote for him because they're in red states so there's no doubt in my mind that Kavanagh will be appointed. Democrats are wasting their time and their constituents time, playing political games.
