During Black History Month, an African American student listed Candace Owens as her hero in helping the African American community. Before she could read her paper to the class, her teacher went to the principal, who went to the school board and superintendent, and they came back and chastised the student with an open email that was sent to her and to many people in the school district.
Their response was: "Candace Owens is not someone we should be recognizing today especially during Black History Month when she has done absolutely nothing for the black community … [Owens] was called a racist because she was,” the email read. “Candace Owens openly tried to degrade the struggles of the black community by telling the general public that America is not a racist country and that everyone who believes that it is is trying to divide America. This student was disrespectful for her action. I feel as though not only was it disrespectful that you added her to the list of trailblazers, it’s offensive that you sat down, thought about it, researched her, and thought it was okay to do this.”
OMG to the 10th power! The student was bullied because she supported the ideology of a more conservative African American thought leader. I mean almost everyone jumped on her including students who after hearing all the rhetoric was sent out by the school district, began giving her a hard time."
It's time to blow up our educational system and start over because with liberals so entrenched in education, they're ruining our children's minds. The Public Teacher's Union should be disbanded. This should be in our top three priorities as a nation to get our country back on the right path.
