The Harris Biden Administration is on a rampage about having even more diversity in the workplace, such as in the airline industry. I heard one of Biden's people today talk about this. She actually believes that the color of one's skin (she's African American), should be a major factor in hiring airline pilots so there's more diversity in the air.
I don't know about you, but when I'm riding on a plane, I want the most qualified people in the cockpit regardless of gender, race, sexual identity, etc. Forcing the airlines to reduce their testing standards so that more people of color can become pilots, is dangerous. And what does diversity of culture in a cockpit look like? Would they be landing differently or flying the plane differently? It's beyond crazy.
By the way, what about diversity in the NBA? Why don't they apply their same rules to this league or the NFL? It certainly is a business where people are making millions. This isn't fair to other races who don't have a shot. Around 70% of the players would lose their jobs. Other races like Asians, Hispanics, and Whites, would be the required replacements based on liberal ideology. My guess is that there would be a lot less scoring and definitely a lot less dunking.
