I'm tired of having to listen to options on phone calls that ask whether I want English or Spanish. If people living here do not know English then they haven't successfully assimilated into our society.
If certain government agencies need to offer both languages, then I can live with it but having to deal with this issue for just basic business calls is frustrating. I'm glad I don't have to wait on the phone for options like French, German, Italian, etc. Fortunately, I don't need to because they properly blend into our society, so they can make a positive difference at all levels and not negatively impact my life.
