I'm glad Obama Care Repeal and Replace didn't go through because I never wanted a "Replace" option. The Republican plan would still require substantial tax payer dollars to keep it afloat which is how Obama Care helped get us to the $19 trillion deficit.
Obama Care should be phased out in two years. Would millions of people possibly lose insurance, yes, but they're already losing it now (mostly voluntary), because a now limited amount of insurance carriers are dictating their coverage and premiums. The insurance plans that millions of people are getting now are terrible based on what the insured and taxpayers are paying for so why throw good money after bad?
Quit playing games with taxpayers and making the money trail so difficult to follow. If you want to provide free health care then write legislation and tell taxpayers how we can afford it and at the same time pay down our debt which is reaching a critically dangerous point.
Both parties playing political games using subsidies and tax breaks to fund healthcare is all about keeping their jobs by not ruffling the feathers of low information voters who don't have a clue what they're doing and how they're driving our economy into a horrific ditch.
