Why is it that every service call I make to have something repaired around the house, turns into a sales call where they claim I’ll save hundreds of dollars by spending $50 a month with them for service protection?
It was even worse today. All I wanted to do is set up an appointment with Sears to fix my washing machine and I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative from the Philippines offering me almost everything but a burial plot…which I’m assuming Sears will get into next.
