The problem has mostly been immigration from middle-eastern countries while at the same time many long-time Londoners are leaving the city. This has accelerated the demographic changes thus affecting policy making. Instead of more conservative ideas the city continues to become more progressive without the economic stability to deliver on government promises to the community. Basically immigrants are coming in and not contributing enough to the economy to offset all the welfare they are receiving. This post is focused on Britain but there are comparable problems as well in France and Germany.
Once again this isn’t a story our mainstream media wants to put out there because of their pro-immigration stance. This is why they can so effectively control the narrative because they decide what they cover and how’ll they’ll cover it but even more importantly, they decide what they won’t cover which includes the terrible problems in Europe with immigration (both illegal and legal).
The press has a lot of power and influence and unfortunately they don’t treat them responsibly. Instead of being fair and balanced they’re biased. U.S. citizens deserve to know what countries in Europe are going through so we can learn from their mistakes. To not provide this insight because of political bias is dangerous to our country.
