Some parents told their three sons that if they'll help rake up the leaves in the yard, they'll take them for ice cream. Two of the boys sat out while one of the sons worked hard to get the leaves raked up into a pile. The parents saw how hard he worked and told him to get ready to go to the ice cream parlor. The other two who hadn't done any work, started pitching a fit at being left out and the parents finally gave in and told them they could go. When the one son who did all the work found out that his brothers would be going too, he was livid.
The next time the boys were going to be rewarded for the yard work the son who was diligent the previous time decided he wouldn't do the work because it didn't matter; apparently, he'd get the reward with the other boys if he complained enough. Welcome to Democrat/Socialism.
