The Truth About Iran

12/1/2018

Iran is a terrible country when it comes to human rights. Women are treated horribly. Christians and Jews have been killed. Homosexuals are murdered. The Iranian government has killed and maimed thousands. What did President Obama do, he overnighted, without citizens of the U.S. knowing (known as non-transparent), over $2 billion dollars in cash to them.

Could you imagine if President Bush tried to sneak $2 billion dollars in to any country? They'd push for impeachment, but they barely covered what Obama did and they certainly made it a positive spin about the Nuclear Deal. None of them had a good answer for why Obama had to hide the transfer of money. I thought his Administration was proud of the deal.

We didn't have to give them money, their economy was already tanking because of economic sanctions. France and Germany were pushing for the deal because the economic sanctions were hurting their countries as well because they did a lot of trade with Iran. They were already breaking the sanctions which Obama did nothing about, but it would open even more trade and they wouldn't need to hide it any longer.

Most of the money Obama gave Iran didn't help their citizens. They still aren't living up to the Nuclear Deal. They still have nuclear ambitions and they very clearly said Israel needs to be wiped off the map. France and Germany weren't worried about being nuked, they were tied economically to Iran and Iran was tied to them; they had a win-win thing going.

I bring this up because Democrats and the mainstream media are losing their minds over a non-U.S. citizen (Jamal Khashoggi), getting killed by the Saudis and want heads to roll and attack President Trump for not doing it, while Iran was doing horrendous things to their citizens, and it was okay for Obama to work with them. Double-standards again. Divisive tactics to divide our country again. Party over country again.
