I doubt if you're a Democrat that you'll be able to take this post in an unbiased manner but here it is: Did you know that detectives in the Ukraine, have been investigating Joe Biden among others for about two years? Just the fact that Biden stupidly made a comment that he got one over on the Ukraine was horrific by threatening to not give them the money that Congress had allocated. It wasn't money Biden was supposed to use for personal leverage. I don't want my tax dollars used to fix the sins of the Biden's or anyone else for that matter, Democrats or Republicans.
He held the money back until they fired a prosecutor who was investigating the Biden's. Hunter Biden went into business with a very corrupt businessman who was already on law enforcement radars in several countries not just the Ukraine. The next thing these investigators knew is that this man who wasn't even allowed in many countries because of his corruption, had suddenly built a relationship with some very powerful people. Joe Biden even helped get the red flag pulled on this man so he could travel to the U.S. Basically, their prosecutor was doing the same type of investigating that we do here. The investigation made perfect sense but Joe got it stopped through using Democrat and Republican tax dollars as leverage.
You probably didn't know very much about this story or even that since last year, Hunter has been being investigated by the FBI for money laundering among other things. I'm certainly not saying he's guilty, but I believe news agencies should at least tell us an investigation is taking place. They sure don't have a problem being judge and jury for any Republican missteps. Democrats and the mainstream media have been treating all things corrupt, not including Trump, like it's nothing, yet people in the Ukraine and some other countries around the world, were very worried about what happened. Not just the original issue of Hunter getting a job he wasn't qualified for and that he received outrageous compensation, but almost more importantly, now countries around the world have to fear how the U.S. will use foreign aid.
Could you imagine a leader from another country coming here and telling us we must fire someone in the FBI and stop an investigation? Of course not, it would be ridiculous and let me add....NEWSWORTHY, if something as outrageous as this was tied to a Republican. Could you imagine the news coverage here, if Trump were being formally investigated by another country? They would attack him 24/7 without any worries at all of vetting any articles or news segments before they were shared.
Every day pretty much, I bring up double-standards by liberals. Add to this the protection that social media was giving Biden through blocking negative stories that could've impacted his election and we have something similar to a dictatorship. All that finger-pointing at Trump stating he's a dictator, yet it's the Democrats who act like one. They are a shameless lot!
