When I was in the military, we were told if we ever lost our weapons, we could be court-martialed depending on how it went down. The question now is what happens to generals and presidents who lose so many weapons that it can equip an army; an army that has shown us what they think about us and it's not good?
Why in the world did we walk away from more than $50 billion dollars worth of military equipment and weapons? Was it part of the plan? I hope not! But if not, this is one of the worst events to have ever taken place. The Taliban is claiming to have run us off and the evidence is pretty clear that they're not lying since they are holding up our weapons in the air and firing them.
I say this quite often, but there are laws/rules for the elite class which includes government employees, politicians, etc., and then there are the laws the rest of us must abide by. Eliminating double-standards is our first step towards life, liberty, and the pursuit of justice. If we want to create change, put everyone in the same boat because it's only then, when people start caring about accountability, about consequences for our actions. Not a slap on the wrist and full retirement benefits like what is happening now.
